just me asked:
I am online pharmacies no prescription having problems with my custody agreement and need to hire a lawyer. I would rather go with NY, so I can meet regularly with him/her; but I may have no choice.

i think you need to get a lawyer in texas because when court time comes around your going to need to have that lawyer there with you. Unless you know someone who is willing to fly back and forth. Go with texas. i live in texas and there are plenty of great lawyers here. I think you need the lawyer to be with you in the state you will be having court because then that lawyer will understand the laws of that state.
You will most likely need an attorney who’s licensed to practice in Texas. If the custody agreement originated there, it will have to modified in the same court. Maybe you can get lucky enough to find one who’s practicing in both states. In these days of so much instant communication technology, though, you rarely meet your attorney face-to-face, anyway.
Good luck.
The rule is that the case will be filed where the children live. So the case will be tried there, and you need a lawyer who knows Texas law and also good if he knows the judge and the other attorney, etc. And a lot cheaper if you do the flying and he is there.
