My boyfriend and I are splitting up. We have a 10 month old online pharmacy without prescription son together. I have been a stay at home mom, so my resources are limited and I do not have the money to hire a lawyer. Will lawyers charge you just to talk to them? I need to figure out what my rights are and what my son’s father’s rights are.

They are lawyers who answer posted questions.
Eventually, you will need to hire a lawyer though.
Sorry to hear this. Call your local bar association and get a referral. Many lawyers will give you a free consultation. Checkout, they have referrals and a great Q&A section where you can asked questions. Best of luck.
