Where should I look for a real estate or land use attorney?

I am in the process of bidding on 17 acres (raw land). I have a lot of questions/concerns in regards to contingencies, easements, clear title, etc. I was thinking of asking my realtor for lawyer recommendations, but I thought there might be better resources. Any suggestions? Do you think a township office would have any ideas?
